Farali Green Chutney

Ingredients:

1½ cup Fresh Coriander Roughly Chopped

3 Green Chillies Roughly Chopped

1½ tbsp Peanuts Coarsely Grind

1 Juice of Lime

1 tsp Sugar

Salt to taste


Method:

  1. Add the coriander, green chillies, peanuts, lime juice, sugar, and salt to the blender.

  2. Blend the chutney to a smooth texture.

  • Enjoy with sabudana na vada or farali pattice.


NB:

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will last for five days in the fridge.
