Preparation Time: 10 min. Ingredients: 1 cup Coriander Leaves with Stalks 2 Thin Green Chillies 1 Cloves Garlic ½ Juice of Lime 1½ tbsp Sesame Seeds Two piece of Khaman Dhokla 1 cup Natural Yoghurt 1½ tsp Sugar Salt to taste Method:
In a blender, add the coriander leaves, green chillies, garlic, lime juice, sesame seeds, khaman dhokla, yoghurt, sugar and salt. Blend the chutney until fine but thick liquid consistency as shown in the picture below.
Enjoy this chutney with khaman dhokla!
NB: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerated. Will last for 2-3 days in the fridge.
