Ingredients:
2 Tomatoes Medium Size Chopped
½ cup Cucumber Chopped
½ A Carrot Grated
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves with Stalks Finely Chopped
2 Green Chillies Chopped
1½ inch Ginger Grated
4 Cloves Garlic Finely Chopped
5 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
¾ tsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt to taste
Method:
In the blender, blend all the ingredients to a grainy consistency and remove it into a bowl.
Your chutney is ready, best served cold.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerated. Will last for 4-5 days in the fridge.
