Ingredients:
42 Pani Puris (ready-made or homemade)
One can of Kala Chana
2 Medium Potatoes
1 Lager Onion, Very Finely Chopped
1½ cup Sev
1 cup Khajur Ambli ni Chutney
3 cups Mint Water
Method:
Chop the potatoes into 1cm cubes and cook them in a microwave.
Once done, sprinkle with salt and red chilli powder and set aside.
Take each puri and gently crack open the top with your index finger or thumb for stuffing.
Stuff it with some Kala chana, potatoes and onion and sprinkle the sev over it.
Drizzle a teaspoon of the khajur ambli chutney.
Take the mint water in a bowl, dip each puri in water, put it in your mouth, and enjoy.
