Preparation Time: 10 min.
Ingredients: 1 cup Mint Leaves
1 cup Coriander Leaves with Stalks
4 Green Chillies
3 Cloves Garlic
Juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp Roasted Dariya (Roasted Bengal Gram)
½ tsp Cumin Seeds
½ tsp Black Salt (Sanchar)
½ tsp Sugar
Salt to taste
Method:
In a nutribullet blender, add the mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies, garlic cloves, lime juice, roasted dariya, cumin seeds, black salt, sugar and salt. Blend the chutney till fine, thick, liquid consistency.
Enjoy this chutney with different chaats!
NB: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will last 4-5 days there.
