Preparation 10 min. Ingredients: 3 Avocados 2 Vine Tomatoes Finely Diced 1 Red Onion Very Finely Diced ½ Green Bell Pepper Very Finely Sliced ¼ cup Coriander Leaves Finely Chopped 1 Thin Green Chilli Finely Chopped 1 Juice of Lime ½ tsp Black Pepper Salt to taste
Method
Cut the avocados in half to remove the seed and scrape out into a bowl.
Smash the avocados into the bowl using a fork or a masher.
Add the tomatoes, onion, green pepper and chilli to the smashed avocados.
Squeeze in the lime and add the coriander, salt, pepper and mix well.
Your guacamole is ready and enjoy with your favourite Mexican food!
