Ingredients:
1 Big Red Onion Very Finely Sliced
1 Big Vine-Ripened Tomato Very Finely Sliced
1 tbsp Coriander Finely Chopped
½ Juice of Lime
¼ tsp Chilli Powder
½ tsp Coriander-Cumin Powder (Dhana Jiru)
⅛ tsp Salt
Method:
In a big bowl, mix everything together, cover and refrigerate for an hour.
Enjoy with your chappati and curry!
