Preparation Time: 15 min.
Ingredients:
1 cup Greek Yoghurt Plain
1 cup Cucumber (Grated on the large holes)
1 Cloves Garlic Minced
½ tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Fresh Dill Finely Chopped
Salt to taste
Method:
Lightly squeeze the grated cucumber between your palms to remove the excess moisture, then put it in a bowl.
Add the yoghurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, chopped dill and salt, mix well.
Serve chilled with pita bread for dipping.
