Prep Time: 10 Mins Cook Time: 30 Mins Serves: 3-4 Ingredients: 200 grams Medium Eggless Noodles 2 cups Cabbage Thinly Shredded 2 Medium Onions Thinly Sliced 1 Green Pepper Thinly Sliced 1 Carrot Grated Thick 1½ tbsp Garlic Paste 1 tbsp Green Chilli Paste 4 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil Salt to taste Method:
Cook the noodles in boiling water with 1 tsp of salt according to the instructions on the package.
Heat the wok on high flame and stir-fry each vegetable with a teaspoon of olive oil and soy sauce for 2-3 minutes, then transfer to a big plate.
The noodles must have been cooked by now. Drain them and add them to the wok with the vegetables, garlic paste, green chilli paste, the rest of the soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt.
Mix well and simmer for 2-3 minutes; recheck the seasoning.
Enjoy hot with Chinese dishes or on its own!
NB:
I don't add salt to this, as the soy sauce contains salt, so please check and season.
